What material are the jewels made of?

Our jewels are made entirely of environmental (eco-friendly) brass plated with 18K Gold.

We use gold PVD treatment for our jewelry, which offers a number of advantages:

  • Longer duration.
  • The PVD finish is hypoallergenic and sweat resistant.
  • Inalterability to UV rays and resistance to solvents and corrosion.
  • Greater resistance to abrasion.
  • Gold PVD coatings can be 10 times thicker than standard gold plating.

Note: Our jewelry is nickel, cadmium and lead free.

What are the costs and delivery times?

Express Shipping (1-2 working days *): € 4.90 or free for orders over € 30

As soon as your order is processed, we will prepare it in our warehouse the next working day . Once your order is ready to be shipped and you have received the shipping confirmation by email, you will receive your package within 1-2 business days. Delivery times may vary during holidays.

How can I take care of my jewelry?

We recommend storing your jewelry in a jewelry box or a silk or velvet pouch. Keep each jewel separate from the others.

We also recommend avoiding contact with external agents, such as perfume, salt, skin creams, hair spray and chlorine.

How can I track my package?

You will be able to track your shipment using the tracking number that you will receive via email as soon as your order is processed. Remember that to see the correct tracking of your order it may take around 24 hours from when you receive the tracking number, depending on the handling time of the shipper, so don't worry if the tracking code doesn't work right away!

Can I have my order delivered to my work address?

We can deliver your order to your home address or workplace. If you want the delivery to take place at your workplace, make sure someone is there to collect the goods.

What happens if I can't be there to collect the delivery?

• If our courier has tried to deliver to your home address or workplace, but has not found you, it will automatically retry delivering the items the next working day (Monday to Friday).

• After 3 unsuccessful delivery attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse and we will issue the refund.

How can I change / cancel my order?

Before placing an order, you can check the contents and the total amount of your cart. Once the order has been confirmed, it is not possible for us to cancel or modify it as the products are already being prepared. We set very tight deadlines to ensure delivery in the shortest possible time.

We therefore ask you to assert your right of withdrawal once you have received your order. Find all the information in the General Conditions of Sale.

Why can't I use the discount code?

  • The code has expired (we have limited time offers).
  • Make sure you enter it at checkout by opening the "order summary" drop-down menu
  • You can only use one code at a time.
  • Double-check your delivery - some codes only work with some specific delivery options.
  • Check for typos.
  • Make sure the offer can be used for what you are buying.
  • Check that there are no spaces before and after the code.
