
Choose positivity: how to turn a bad day into a wow day
Everyone has days when they start off on the wrong foot: an unexpected event, a sharp response, or simply a general feeling of bad mood. But the good news is that we can always choose to change course and turn even the worst days into something surprising.

1. Change your environment
