Shipping policy

Transport and Delivery

* For security reasons, Products purchased on the Site will be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer. Deliveries to post office boxes will not be made.

* For each order placed on the Site, MEDEMA di Pietro Melone issues an invoice/receipt for the shipped goods, sending it to the person named in the order, pursuant to Art. 7 D.P.R. 633/72, D.P.R. 445/2000 and Legislative Decree 52/2004. For the issuance of the invoice, the information provided by the Customer at the time of the order is considered final and binding. No changes to the invoice will be possible after the order has been placed.

* Shipping Information (USA, Canada, UK)

United States:

Shipping costs are $18.00 (eighteen) for orders below $60.00 (sixty) and are to be covered by the customer. For orders over $60.00, shipping costs will be covered by MEDEMA. Estimated delivery time: 2 to 4 business days.

Canada:

Shipping costs are CAD 29.00 (twenty-nine) for orders below CAD 100.00 (one hundred) and are to be covered by the customer. For orders over CAD 100.00, shipping costs will be covered by MEDEMA. Estimated delivery time: 2 to 4 business days.

United Kingdom:

Shipping costs are £10.00 (ten) for orders below £40.00 (forty) and are to be covered by the customer. For orders over £40.00, shipping costs will be covered by MEDEMA di Pietro Melone. Estimated delivery time: 2 to 4 business days.

* For other countries, delivery times and costs may vary. They will be shown at checkout.

* Products purchased will be delivered by courier starting from the working day following receipt of payment. Orders will be processed and delivered from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. MEDEMA di Pietro Melone is not responsible for unforeseeable delays. Delivery takes place within 2–4 working days from the order. Except in cases of force majeure, Products will be delivered within a maximum of 30 (thirty) days from the day after the Customer submits the order on www.fruitsandjewels.com.

* At the time of delivery by the Courier, the Customer must check:

* that the number of packages corresponds to the transport document;

* that the packaging is intact, not damaged, wet or otherwise altered, including sealing materials.
Any damage or discrepancy must be immediately reported by making a written reservation on the Courier’s delivery receipt. Once signed, no further claims can be made regarding the external condition of the goods.

* If MEDEMA di Pietro Melone cannot deliver the Products due to unavailability, it will promptly notify the Customer within 30 (thirty) days by email. Any amount already paid will be refunded within 30 (thirty) days from receipt of the purchase order.

Shipping Methods

* MEDEMA di Pietro Melone will send confirmation of shipment once the purchase order has been processed.

* MEDEMA di Pietro Melone will provide the Customer with the tracking number to follow the parcel until delivery.

Returns, Cancellations and Right of Withdrawal

* MEDEMA di Pietro Melone undertakes to refund the cost of Products returned by the Customer unworn and undamaged, accompanied by invoice/receipt, within 14 (fourteen) days from delivery. Refunds will be made with the same payment method used for the purchase. Shipping costs paid at purchase are non-refundable.

* Return shipping costs are at the Customer’s expense and will not be reimbursed.

* In case of cancellation/withdrawal of an order, MEDEMA di Pietro Melone undertakes to refund the Customer no later than 30 (thirty) days from receipt of the request.

* MEDEMA di Pietro Melone is not responsible for Products lost, stolen or damaged during return.

* The Customer has the right to withdraw from the Contract within 14 (fourteen) working days from receipt of the Products, except for customized or personalized goods.

* To exercise withdrawal, the Customer must send a request to "info@fruitsandjewels.com", indicating the Products, the order number, and bank account details.

* For order modification or cancellation, the Customer must promptly email "rimborsi@medemagioielli.it". Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled or modified.
