RETURNS, ORDER CANCELLATION AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Medema by Pietro Melone is committed to ensuring complete customer satisfaction.

The cost of returned Products will be refunded provided that:

• the Products have not been worn, used or damaged;
• the Products are returned in the same condition in which they were received;
• the Products are returned complete with original packaging, accessories and documentation;
• the Products are accompanied by the invoice or purchase receipt.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed with the Customer.

Products may be returned within a maximum period of 14 days from the date of delivery.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• custom-made or personalized Products;
• Products which by their nature cannot be returned;
• other cases provided for by Article 59 of Legislative Decree No. 206/2005 (Italian Consumer Code).

Condition of Returned Products

Products must be returned unused and in perfect condition.

The Customer is responsible for any diminution in value of the Products resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

If returned Products show:

• signs of wear or use;
• scratches, damage or alterations;
• missing, damaged or incomplete packaging;
• missing accessories or components;

Medema by Pietro Melone reserves the right to:

• reduce the refund amount according to the loss of value of the Product;
• or refuse the refund if the Product can no longer be resold as new.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs paid at the time of purchase are not refundable.

The cost of returning the Products is the responsibility of the Customer.

Any additional cost incurred by the Customer for returning the Product will not be reimbursed.

Refund Time

In the event of withdrawal, Medema by Pietro Melone will issue the refund within a maximum of 14 days from the receipt of the returned Product, after verifying the condition of the Product.

The refund may be withheld until the returned Product has been received or until the Customer provides proof of shipment.

Return Liability

Medema by Pietro Melone is not responsible for Products returned that are lost, stolen or damaged during return shipping.

In such cases, no refund can be issued.

Customers are strongly advised to use a tracked shipping service.

Right of Withdrawal

According to Articles 52 and following of Legislative Decree No. 206/2005 (Italian Consumer Code), the Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract without penalty and without providing any reason within 14 days from receiving the Products.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send a written request to the following address:

The request must include:

• the declaration of withdrawal from the purchase;
• the Products to be returned;
• the order number;
• the information necessary to process the refund.

Order Modification or Cancellation

To modify or cancel an order that has already been placed, the Customer must contact customer support as soon as possible at the following address:

We will do our best to accommodate the request. However, once the order has been shipped, it will no longer be possible to modify or cancel it.
